RIP CURL PRO ROUND THREE TO RUN AT PERFECT BELLS BEACH

Surfers competeing in the the Rip Curl Prp have been greeted by perfect two meter (six foot) walls this morning at Bells Beach, Victoria, Australia.

Organisers of the event, the second on the Foster’s ASP Men’s World Tour, have opted to send out competitors in the remaining heats of round two and will venture into round three.

Expect fireworks today as the best of the best hit the water with seven time world champion Kelly Slater and three time world champion Andy Irons hitting the water in heats seven and eight of round three respectively.

The Rip Curl Pro is in its 34th year and is the longest running surfing tournament on the Australian continent.
