Horrible Business Practice - 10 Aug 2006
I just want to let everyone know about the horrible experience I had with Bob's Mission Surf Shop today. I reserved a board last night so I could pick it up today. After driving for a half hour to get down there, I found that they sold it to someone else and had lost the record of me reserving it. Luckily, after spending more time driving back in I-8 rush hour traffic, I was able to find a board at a different shop. I will never do business with this establishment after experiencing such unprofessional behavior, and I recommend you don't either. Please feel free to email me regarding this incident.
