Best boots ever - 16 Jul 2009
I cannot commend Boardwise enough!! I have been snowboarding for 12 years and have always had problems with boots not fitting properly and causing me pain while riding. Last season I decided to give Boardwise a try and, after perusing their website, I visited the Edinburgh store to try and get a new pair of boots. The staff were very knowledgable and suggested a different brand from the boots I had previously. These boots were much tighter fitting than the boots I had been used to but the staff were adamant that they were the right size. I took them to Canada and had no pain from my boots and felt that my riding improved immensely, thanks Boardwise!!

Fantastic and highly recommended - 16 Jul 2009
I've ordered both online and in their London store and had great service from people who actually know what their talking about and give a damn about what they're doing. Top staff, top shop and probably one of the last independent stores still standing that does a good job online. I've ordered stuff online from them 5 times now and I used the next day service and 4 out of 5 arrived next day just as they said it would. No problems here.

Not impressed is the simplest I can say. Despite a very flashy website there appears to be very little relation to what is advertised compared to what they actually have in stock. My received an email telling me my selection of binding was not available. My new product selection seemed to go through without problems with the exception that before I could ask about delivery times I was cut off from the line abruptly. Lastly the sales people could not give me the simple details over the phone like a reference number for the postal company so I could track the delivery for my self. For Boardwise next day delivery means anything but. I was told someone would phone me back with these details in 5 minutes. I did not receive any such call. I purchased my snowboard from another company (filarinskis.co.uk) and the customer service was excellent. My suggestion go there.

Snowboard Boots - 08 Dec 2008
Just got some snowboard boots from boardwise and i'm off snowboarding to france one of my two snowboarding holidays planed this year. Boardwise helped my get the exact snowboard boots i wanted and id use them again 100%
