BIG DROP SURF SHOP

I feel compelled to write a review on this shop based on the other reviews I have read I agree with the 1 star reviewer. As a first time surfer I went to the shop with a view to buy all new gear from wetsuit to boots gloves and a new leash. I recieved no help to the point we felt ignored!! The staff were nothing more than till operaters who could just about do that. I found it was reasonably priced on the upside, however their stock was very limited! Now a year on, and far more experienced, I realise I will never use this shop again all a bit to cool for school!!!

Living in South Wales, I regularly visit the Big Drop Shop behind New Look. I can't say I've ever been to the Big Drop Shop in Mumbles by Tivolli Amusement Arcade, but the one in Swansea is fantastic! There's friendly staff, always willing to help you find something that you are looking for. They have a fantastic range of items, and are not over priced. They are either seeling the items for the RRP or less. I am very happy to go shopping there, and will be returning many, many times in the near future. They definitely deserve 5 stars.

holiday in mumbles - 25 May 2005
just got back from a break in mumbles and found big drop - beats anything ive seen before. friendly and briliant range
