This role requires a highly motivated individual who loves a challenge and has exceptional people management skills. This is a fulltime position requiring some weekend and late night hours. Immediate start.
The team leader will be responsible for their geographic region – organising and activating guerrilla marketing and peer to peer consumer interaction within that region.
The individual will have an in depth understanding of the youth, sport – particularly action sports, and music scene and will be key to the growth of the brands awareness and credibility in their area.
We are looking for an individual who is capable of recruiting and managing a diverse, edgy, team of Monster Ambassadors who will represent the brand and inject the Monster attitude into the sampling program, key events and activities in their region.
This is very much a hands on role and will require dedication and commitment working in a variety of environments and be willing to travel.
Logistical skills, good time management, enthusiasm and great communication are key to the role. Good understanding of spoken and written English required.
Practising of boardsports / Motorsports.
A lot of travel and time away from home during the week is essential. Full driving license essential must be over 21 years and held a license for over 3 years.
