LAY DAY CALLED FOR BILLABONG PRO MAUI

The Billabong Pro Maui has been struck by the plaguing Hawaiian flat spell and another lay day has been called.

The ninth and final event on the ASP Women’s World Tour has been on hold for some time yet a new swell is expected to hit the island by tomorrow morning.

Organisers are reasonably confident that the event will restart first thing tomorrow and will then be completed in one day.

And with the ASP Women’s World Tour title hanging in the balance it is expected that the event will have a huge following.

Can defending champ Sofia Mulanovich (PERU) hold off the late charge from Chelsea Georgeson (AUS)? All will be revealed very soon…
