The website for the UK's biggest chairty watersports event - the Paddle Round The Pier Beach Festival 2007.
Held on Saturday 7th and Sunday 8th July 2007 on Hove Lawns, Brighton.
There are two days jam-packed with events, races and other entertainment, all of which is raising funds for the Rockinghorse Appeal, the RNLI and SurfAid.
Events across the weekend include: The mass Paddle Round The Pier, the Friday-Ad Paddle Something Unusual, The Pure Vacations Pier to Pier Mailbu Race, the Pier to Pier to Pier Kayak Race and the Perception Kayaks ‘Scooter Challenge’.
There’s also an outdoor stage with loads of live bands and DJs, a Bikini and Hunks in Trunks competition, a Children’s entertainment area, a retail village plus loads more. Check out www.paddleroundthepier.com to find out what’s going on and how you can get involved.
