Big's G da man. Rarely puts a foot wrong. If you're a weekend warrior like me, the 5 day forecast is indispensible as it gives you plenty of time to (politely) free yourself of all your weekend commitments and head to the beach. He's doesn't ever seem to spuriously extend his messages and speaks quite quickly too so it's great value. Not so sure about his Afganistan reports thou! |

G's forecasts are spot on. I've been getting G's forecasts for years and since you can now get them sent to you by txt there's no need to ever miss out on a classic session whether you're at home or abroad. Use him (her?) every time you won't be sorry.... :) |

Big G's ROCKS!!, 3 Feb 2006 |

Best forecast around. Text forecasts are excellent and as accurate as the online forecast. Managed to catch a great hurricane swell last year when everyone else predicted flat and Big G's had it at 2-3, long distant swell and super clean. I've heard a rumour that Big G is actually a blond chick with enormous size G norks who likes to ride it long and hard when it gets big... She gets my vote. |

I live on the SW coast of France now so sadly can't get it but used to use the text forecasts when I went on trips to Europe (Ireland, the Canaries, France - pre-move). Was great; forecast'd come through on text with a forecast for the next five days. With girlfriend in tow was magic. Could pick the days for quality time and the days for staying close to the beach! |

USed this on and off last Summer but only really started using it this winter. Really good forecast; very clear and gets straight to the point (none of this "it's a nice day, winds from the South" nonsense). Gives you the facts and hasn't failed me yet. Worth the ££ without a doubt. |

You'll never miss a good day again, 3 Feb 2006 |

Superb forecast. Updated 3 times a week so you can plan your weekend. I travel quite a way to the beach so it's like insurance for me (against a wasted drive)! It's never been wrong and always spots the long distance swells that other forecasts just never get right. Can't recommend it enough. |

By far away the best forecast. I have been using it for years and years. It has saved me a fortune in petrol and also got me some classic session as he is way better than anyone else at picking up long distance long period swells. Also very good during the hurricane season. Best to look at how his forecast develops through the week to get the most out of it. The friday one is a MUST. Five stars. |

Very relaible surf forecasts + the best for South Wales. Getting text message forecasts was a huge bonus on our trip to Fuerteventura (Canary Islands). Stoked! |

surf report is crapo. does the model ever say it's flat, because more often than not when it is flat the forecast says 2 foot |
